Q: What are your hours of operation? 
  A: Carpet cleaning services are available Monday to Thursday 7am to 6pm, Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday we are also open from 8am to 4pm. Emergency restoration is available 24/7, 365 days a year!  

Q: How soon can you come out? 
  A: For emergency restoration, we arrive within 1 hour. For cleaning, appointments are often available within 24-48 hours.

Q: Do you offer free quotes? 
  A: Yes, we offer free over the phone estimates for our cleaning services and free on-site estimates for restoration services.

  A: On average, around 15-20 minutes per room, depending on the size of the area. 

Q: How long until carpets are dry? 
  A: Carpets typically dry within 6–12 hours. 

Q: Do you move furniture? 
  A: We move light furniture. We may ask you to move heavier or fragile items. 

Q: Do you clean area rugs? 
  A: Yes, we clean oriental and fine area rugs. We clean them at our state-of-the-art facility and let us do the heavy lifting, we offer pick-up and delivery services.  

Q: Do you clean delicate or antique rugs? 
  A: Yes, we have specialized techniques for delicate and antique rugs. 

Q: Do you offer upholstery cleaning? 
  A: Yes, we clean sofas, chairs, chair back cushions, mattresses, curtains, drapes, and more.

Q: How soon can I walk on the carpet after cleaning? 
  A: You can walk on it immediately with clean white socks but avoid heavy traffic until fully dry. 

Q: Do you offer recurring cleaning packages? 
  A: Yes, we can set up future appointments depending on your needs. We also offer our preferred customer program where each customer is automatically enrolled when using our carpet cleaning services.  

Q: Do you guarantee stain removal? 
  A: We offer a 10-Day Stain Guarantee: if a stain reappears within 10 days, we’ll return at no additional cost.

Teasdale Fenton responded to a flooded lower level due to a failed sump pump within 90 minutes of being called on a Friday night. Corey and Zack efficiently cleared what needed to be moved out of the way and then removed the water. They set up fans and a large dehumidifier. The next day a team came out to check on everything and measured for dampness.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
