A proven leader, Troy oversees the cleaning division, ensuring top-tier service quality and customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in driving operational excellence at Teasdale Fenton. A proud member of the Society of Cleaning and Restoration Technicians, Troy stays at the forefront of industry standards, contributing to advancements in cleaning and restoration practices. His commitment to professionalism and innovation has solidified Teasdale Fenton’s reputation as a trusted leader in the field. Outside of work, Troy cherishes spending time with his wife, Tasha, and their two children. A devoted family man, he actively volunteers at his local church, giving back to the community that means so much to him. Troy is also an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying boxing, UFC, and cheering on his beloved Cincinnati Bengals.
